Project coordination

Project Co (PCo) is responsible for the coordination of all program activities for the Development Phase of the On-Corridor Works Project and is serving as a unified voice to our customer Metrolinx.

PCo is jointly owned and governed by Aecon, Alstom, DB E.C.O. Group, and FCC Canada, the four mother companies forming the ONxpress consortium.

PCo plays a vital role within the consortium as coordinator between all segments, which includes Systems Infrastructure, Operations & Maintenance, Civil Infrastructure and Fleet. With a team of around 100 employees, PCo covers all aspects of the project ensuring all segments have a counterpart for day-to-day operations. Offering a streamlined and efficient approach in terms of project management, PCo is also responsible for standardizing ways of working and deliverables. For the functions of Environment, Health, Safety and Quality as well as Communications, Branding and Marketing, PCo is assuring that a consistent approach is taken across the consortium.

The company’s objective is to ensure a global integration with a “best-for-project” mindset and efficient communication to collaboratively deliver the most effective and comprehensive solutions.
